Introduction
Shaped by the past, building the future
Hopkins Homes is preparing proposals for a new, high-quality residential development on land north of The Street in Rayne, Braintree. The plans seek to deliver new homes, including affordable housing, alongside significant green open spaces as well as new and improved walking and cycling connections.
Our vision is to create a carefully designed extension to the west of Rayne that carefully reflects its surrounding character, supports local needs and provides truly lasting benefits for both existing and future residents. We are seeking feedback from the community to help shape the proposals before a planning application is submitted.
